Instead of voting for the Mormon man, or the nice Catholic boy, the Bible-belt voted for an angry man (with his trophy wife standing beside), whom he won by cheating on his second wife, won by cheating on his first wife.
I can just see what the liberal media will do with Newt if he runs against Obama. Even I will feel ashamed to be a Republican.

We live in a time when evil is called good and good is called evil. It is chilling to see the Book of Mormon prophesies come true, that as long as we serve the God of this land we will be preserved, but when we no longer serve the God of this land we will be swept off. Our family prays everyday that this nation will elect a righteous leader. We believe that is Mitt Romney, not perfect (but who is) but the right man for this time. I'm trusting that his world view is informed by the gospel and that his optimistic faith in America and her destiny will be assets.
ReplyDeleteI SO AGREE, THE ONLY THING YOU GOT WRONG IS THE TROPHY WIFE, SHE IS NOTHING BUT A STIFF PLASTIC STATUE...A SO CALLED GOOD CATHOLIC WOMAN WHILE HAVING A 6 YEAR AFFAIR! SO MUCH FOR THE FAMILY VALUES OF THE REP. PARTY! :D
ReplyDeleteSeriously, this is going to be an interesting year! Obama has to go and Mitt needs to get his head in the game If he's going to beat him....He didn't do so well in South Carolina. Here's to a better campaign in Fl. I 'm behind him all the way!!
DeleteJulie-- you are too funny.
DeleteI cant wait for this to be over. I will vote for newt... I like Romney, but I feel that newt has guts and fire to go up against the dreaded obama. Lets just hope that we get some real change for our country.
ReplyDeleteOut of all the original candidates....this is what we are left with? A Newt in the mix? Seriously? He is an awesome debater and communicator, maybe the best I have ever seen, but he is not moral and he is not conservative. I'm a Mitt girl, though I'd be just fine voting for Rick Santorum. Come on people, don't let your hate for the media, though well deserved, get you off track with a nod to Newt!
